Voluntary social project with urban development funding. During the challenging five-year project and construction phase, the youth center was implemented in an old vacant industrial hall as chairman of the non-profit association and as architect in charge of construction in cooperation with the facility manager and the large volunteer team. By the end of 2020, over € 600000,- in public funding and donations had been received for the youth center.
